N2  - The revised version of (section) 24a section I StVG valid since 1.4. 2001 can be interpreted so that the limits of 0.25 mg/1 breath alcohol and 0.5 per mille blood alcohol are set at lower levels, without the inclusion of safety margins. At present, when applying (section) 24a section I StVG safety margins have to be taken into consideration and deducted with regard to the breath alcohol limits to quite a considerable extent.<p />
