N2  - In pregnancy there is a considerable increase of the total body water. Therefore, it was investigated whether the so-called Widmark-factor r is the same in pregnant and non-pregnant women. The result is clear: as hydremia increases parallel to the body water variations of factor r during pregnancy are so slight as to be negligible.     <p>DWI</p>
