N2  - With a view to the 19th German Traffic Court Day to be held in Goslar, 1981, the author expresses his personal opinion with regard to alcohol levels. 1. The socalled 0.8(per mille) Act has not served its purpose. 2. It would be more appropriate to fix a uniform BAC limit, whatever value this may be, and to consider this or a higher level as proof of a crime. 3. More attention should be paid to intensifying police surveillance.     <p>DWI</p>
