N2  - The classification of the blood alcohol curve into resorption and postresorption phase on the basis of the highest peak seems to be problematic if one considers the ascending part of the curve until the climax as the resorption phase and the whole descending part as the postresorption phase. It is suggested to extend the use of the term resorption phase until the occurrence of the diffusion equilibrium and to use the following postresorption phase for calculations, e.g. of the individual (beta)60 value etc.<p />
