N2  - The accidents of coal mines can be prevented by managing the coal mine near miss efficiently. In this paper, the cause of near miss of coal mine is investigated based on literature review and field survey. The relationship between safety climate and near miss of coal mine is analyzed. The statistical analysis of survey data is done by using the software SPSS16.0 and AMOS7.0. The results indicate that the coal mine safety climate affects employee's safety behavior and employee's safety behavior directly affect coal mine near miss. Among them, the influences of the safety communication and safety consciousness of employee on safety behavior are most significant. Coal mining enterprises should improve safety communication skills and safety consciousness of staff by the various means and methods to reduce the occurrence of unsafe behavior, so as to prevent the near miss of coal mine.<p />  <p>Language: en</p>
