Recently, a series of traffic accidents, caused by sudden giddiness of drivers, has reflected that this influence is not always on a positive level. Analyzing the feasibility and development of the current declaration mode for drivers' medical condition based on laws and regulations, management mode, medical method and operational program, this paper suggests a set of safety loophole screening methods of CDL drivers' medical condition.
