The participants included 30 Romanian toddlers (M age = 22.89 months) along with their mothers. The results indicated that mother's perception of toddler's lability was positively associated with observed behavioral aggression, while the mother's perception of toddler's emotion regulation was negatively associated with observed behavioral aggression.. The results suggest that mothers are more accurate in perceiving the toddler lability.
