Combining the factors of human and object in the design, this paper puts forward the safety design methods of electromechanical products, including designing the reliable products system, preventing incorrect operation design, creating the safety and pleasant interaction mode and the color and so on. It provides general safety design principle and method for electromechanical products, in order to prevent and reduce the accidents, to create the safe working conditions for users, and to ensure that the modern production runs smoothly.<p />
