N2  - The basic data used are statistics of causes of death due to alcoholism by sex and age group. In a first part, we estimated, with some simple hypotheses, alcohol consumption according sex and age group. In a second part, we show the existence of two kinds of consumption: endogenous or innate, exogenous or acquired.
