N2  - The Authors report personal experience in management of 23 children after severe head injury. All patients were submitted to TC scanning and their performance status was evaluated according to Glasgow Coma Scale (G.C.S.). All children were treated with hyperventilation, steroids, mannitol and, when necessary, Penthobarbital (TPS).
