N2  - Technique of quantitative Gas--chromatographic determination of acrylic acid nitrile and acetonitrile in the blood was developed. Range of detectable concentrations was 1-600 mg/l. Postmortal blood samples obtained from 48 victims of fire were analysed. Toxic nitriles were detected in 85.4% of cases and the relation between nitrile contents and carboxyhaemoglobin concentration was stated.<p /> <p>Language: ru</p>
