N2  - A 18 years old girl with no known comorbidities was admitted in female medicine ward through the emergency department with rapid onset of semi consciousness due to hypoglycaemia (plasma glucose in admission was 2.0mmol/L). She had history of self-injection of insulin (regular insulin 300 units) subcutaneously in abdominal wall.
