Determining the reasons behind the unnatural female deaths helps the governments in framing the laws from time to time to maintain peace and harmony in the society. The study was conducted on 100 females who died of unnatural causes, at Guntur Medical College, Guntur. An unemployed female in the first 3 years of marital life was the major victim in our study. Framing of new rules and acts with time helps to decrease the incidence of crime against women, thereby morbidity and mortality.
