N2  - The article discusses a study which investigated the efficacy of Trafficking in Persons (TIP) Report of the U.S. Department of State (U.S. DOS) through a longitudinal assessment of the tier classifications of the report. <br><br>RESULTS revealed that ranking has not advanced over time and the U.S. has not able to systematically distribute funds based on the tier classification system's recommendations.
