N2  - The article presents an analysis regarding the definitions given by the United Nations' Protocol of human trafficking and forced labor as well as that of the European and International Labour Organisation. It aims to establish a case for the implementation of a specific international instrument to address the link between trafficking and forced labor. It argues that the international and European instruments do not address the link between trafficking and forced labor and that there is the need to establish a specific international instrument.<p />
