N2  - In camera trial is the exception to the doctrine of open justice or open court trial. In camera trial is one of the rights provided by the Indian Law to the victims of rape; and also one of the provisions towards the protection of witnesses of terrorist activities and maintenance of national security. Indian Law recommends certain offences, where publicity could otherwise prejudice the interests of justice, to be tried in camera.   Keywords: Human trafficking<p />
