The main objective of this study was to compare two types of core stability exercises and traditional, the dynamic balance of elderly people. In this study, 30 patients aged Khorramshahr Square Center, voluntarily participated, and were randomly assigned to three groups: core stabilization exercises, traditional training group and the control group were divided. Dynamic balance test were measured up and go. The experimental group exercise program for 8 weeks (3 sessions per week), they did. To examine data from analysis of variance of repeated measures and post hoc multiple comparison test was used. Get up and go test out a significant decrease compared to the start of training indicated (0/05> p). The results show that, core stabilization exercises can to as a safe and effective exercise, improving balance in older people considered dynamic.
