N2  - A deep, steel sheet piled, figure-eight cofferdam with circular steel wales was installed as a temporary substructure during the construction of the City of Ottawa Pollution Control Centre Project. A program of strain monitoring was developed and carried out and the results, including inferred soil pressures, are presented.
