We excluded single lesions treated as outpatients. Therefore, we are limited to cases of injuries that required specialized care in the operating room. The objectives of our study were to know the frequency of attacks in the trauma unit of the University Hospital of Rabat, classify different types of lesions, assess their severity, shed light on the most affected populations and finally show the different procedures for taking therapeutic load.
