TY - JOUR PY - 2016// TI - Falls in the elderly JO - InnovAiT A1 - Sritharan, Niruthika SP - 78 EP - 83 VL - 9 IS - 2 N2 - Falls are a common problem associated with old age. The UK has an increasingly ageing population, and the care of older people forms a high proportion of a GP's workload. This article aims to provide a structured approach to the assessment, management and prevention of falls in the community.
