N2  - We report a 36-year-old male presenting with a cutaneous horn from the anterior aspect of left knee burn scar. Cutaneous horn is a cone-shaped, hyperkeratotic lesion. It is seen in sun-exposed areas. Its occurrence on the lower extremity is rare. The unique feature of this report is that this cutaneous horn arose from a burn scar in a non-sun-exposed area, a site rarely noted for the development of cutaneous horns.<p />  <p>Language: en</p>
