N2  - The article deals with the problem of understanding of the aggressive behavior and committing violent crimes via the example of the compelling to fulfillment or non-fulfillment of civil obligations. It is concluded that aggression and violence that can be applied during the settlement of overdue debts on monetary obligations of legal entities and individuals (including individual entrepreneurs) require a state reaction in the form of adopting a law that would determine the legal framework of the organization and implementation of the Professional debt recovery.
