The patient had been playing with the screwdriver at the time of the accident, he fell and the screwdriver penetrated his right orbit. Imaging revealed the position of the foreign body, which went from the medial orbital wall, extraconal and medial of the right internal carotid artery, through the sella turcica to the dorsum sellae. The patient had no intracranial hemorrhage. There was hardly any bleeding. The surgical removal of the screwdriver was carried out without complications.
