Participants were asked to read a descriptive vignette about a bereaved individual and assess their judgment about the survivor's current state of suicide-related ideation. The results revealed that the likelihood of indicating suicide-related ideation was decreased by 5.9% for each year that the participant aged. This study provides useful knowledge about the perception of suicidal ideation among bereaved individuals.
