N2  - The issue of traffic accidents on the railway crossings is a serious global problem projected in all spheres of human activity, therefore it requires a comprehensive and rational approach. The article is focused on the application of the tree events analysis - ETA on the most frequent accidental events on the railway crossings in the Slovak Republic. In this direction we might have a traffic accident for better understanding as a result of a complex of all sorts and action.
