TY - JOUR PY - 2006// TI - A Nuclear Response to Nuclear Terror: Reflections of Nuclear Preemption JO - Annals of the American Academy of Political and Social Science A1 - Kokoshin, A SP - 59 EP - 63 VL - 607 IS - 1 N2 - The threat of nuclear terrorism in the United States has led its leadership to contemplate an extreme military response--namely, nuclear preemption. The nuclear "taboo" has once again ceased to exist.
