N2  - Ingestion of foreign bodies is common in children. Most of the swallowed foreign bodies pass through gastrointestinal tract without problem. Swallowing multipl magnets can lead to complications like pressure necrosis, perforation, obstruction and fistula. If multipl magnet ingestion is detected magnets must be removed by applying emergency endoscopic procedures when they are in stomach. If they passed through pylor and if there are intestinal obstruction symptoms, emergency surgery must be performed. Early surgical intervention can reduce morbidity and can protect from mortality. We report our case who had diagnosis of intestinal perforation due to multipl neodmium magnet ingestion    Keywords: Neodmium magnet, intestinal perforation, children    Yabancı cisim yutulması çocuklarda sık görülen bir durumdur. Yutulan çoğu yabancı cisim gastrointestinal sistemden sorunsuzca geçebilmekteyken, çoklu mıknatıs yutulduğunda farklı bağırsak anslarında birbirlerine yapışarak arada kalan dokuda basınç nekrozu, perforasyon, obstrüksiyon ve fistül benzeri komplikasyonlara neden olabilmektedir. Çoklu mıknatıs yutulması ve mıknatısların midede olduğu saptanırsa acil endoskopik girişim uygulanarak mıknatıslar çıkarılmalı, piloru geçtiyse cerrahi girişim açısından çok yakın izlenmeli ve bağırsak obstrüksiyonu bulguları mevcutsa acil cerrahi girişim yapılmalıdır. Erken cerrahi müdahale morbiditeyi azaltabilir ve mortaliteden koruyabilir. 3 yaşında karın ağrısı ve kusma şikayetleriyle semptom veren çoklu neodmiyum mıknatıs yutulmasına bağlı bağırsak perforasyonu olgumuzu sunuyoruz    Anahtar Kelimeler: Neodmiyum mıknatıs, intestinal perforasyon, çocuk    Keywords: Multiple magnet ingestion<p />  <p>Language: tr</p>
