N2  - We read with interest the viewpoint by Ghoorani, Galvin and Jimenez-Shahed on the "clinically actionable information" of wearable systems for at-home monitoring of motor complications in Parkinson's disease. The authors correctly highlighted as challenges the limited adoption of such devices in clinical practice and the inadequacy of existing algorithms.
