N2  - According logic pattern, the safeguard system for digital railway train operation can be classified into train operation safety decision module, train operation safety management module, and train operation safety monitoring and control module. Safety decision module includes safety information system, safety analysis system, and safety decision support expert system. Train operation safety management module can be transversely divided into operation, locomotive, maintenance, electricity, vehicle and vertically into stations, railway administrations, the ministry of railways. Train operation safety monitoring and control module can be divided into data acquisition cell, data receiving cell and data disposal/output cell. The data collected includes transportation equipment information, dispatching management information, personnel safety information, and environment safety information. Information processing includes data acquisition layer, elementary disposal layer, potential danger analysis layer, decision support layer and holistic analysis layer. In the end, combining the present railway management system, the article introduces the basic operation mode of the safeguard system for digital railway train operation.<p />
