N2  - Driving patterns of automobile are investigated on different roads in Ninbo city, using advanced instruments (GPS). Large amount of testing data of speed under realistic road condition are obtained. On the basis of these investigation data, analyses of driving cycles are conducted. The typical driving cycles used for in-use vehicle emission factor test are developed, which include the driving cycles for ordinary roads with traffic-light, fast highway without traffic-light, comprehensive urban road, respectively.<p />
