N2  - Along with the increasing foreign trade, the water transportation and the port area work have become more and more busy. The increased density of vessels raises the traffic accidents. Taking the Cao Fei Dian port of Hebei as an example, this article utilizes the regression math provided by the SPSS statistical analysis software to forecast the number of vessels traffic accidents.<p />
