A1 - Zou, Zheng A1 - Xu, Willa A1 - Yu, Bofu SP - 243 EP - 246 VL - 31 IS - 2 N2 - According to the connotation of transportation modernization, the evaluation system is built up from the aspect of rules and obligations, infrastructure, organization, operation, science and technology contribution, sustainable development. Because of the multi level of index system, this paper applies Blur identification theory and gives the weight approach combined with analytic hierarchy process, in order to build up the multi level blur evaluation model. The method is applied to evaluate the transport modernization of Jianghan Plain. The results coincide with present values. It is shown that multilevel fuzzy model can be widely applied to evaluate the transport modernization in different areas, which determining the weight of factors by analytic hierarchy process.
