N2  - The article presents statistical data characterizing the dynamics of the development of the Russian system of photo-video recording of traffic violations (2016...2020); their analysis is carried out taking into account the seasonality. It has been established that the constant growth of the general statistics of violations of the speed limit of traffic in the Russian Federation is associated, first of all, with an increase in the total number of technical complexes for photo-video recording of speed violations. It is established that the increase in the number of fines for violating the speed limit reduces the total number of road accidents. The found dependence is typical for 9 months of the year, with the exception of summer months.<p />  <p>Language: en</p>
