N2  - We are very excited about the poisoning Early Warning Score (pEWS) developed by Martín-Rodríguez et al. Which has also attracted the interest of other researchers. It is generally known that the clinical application of the Poisoning Severity Score (PSS) is limited by cumbersome and subjective parameters, and lack of information on toxicant exposures. There are few scoring systems available for the assessment of acute poisoning in the emergency department. The pEWS contains only three parameters that can be easily obtained, which is undoubtedly encouraging and commendable. However, we still have some methodological concerns...<p />  <p>Language: en</p>
