N2  - Recently, the adoption of paddle shifters to vehicle has been increasing. So, we need to develop paddle shifters which are easy to use for wide range of user. In this paper, we identified ergonomic factors from function deployment of paddle shifters. Then, we set layout requirement of operation point as operability and F-S characteristics requirement as operation feeling. Finally, we validated that our prototype has good operability and good operation feeling.<p />  <p>Language: ja</p>
