N2  - This paper describes a brief (3 days) school-based intervention following a student's suicide. Primary and first-aid crisis intervention was aimed at (a) organizational guidelines for the school administration in response to the immediate emergency and (b) principal steps for dealing with the stress reaction of the deceased's peers. Preliminary data were obtained on 10th graders' (classmates and another class) frequencies of stress reaction a day following the suicide.<p /> <p>Language: en</p>
