N2  - Sun glare adversely affects traffic conditions, so traffic safety measures for vehicle against sun glare have been implemented. But quantitative analysis by vehicle type of the influence of sun glare on traffic accident occurrence has not been carried out. Using the traffic accident data in Chiba Prefecture which include accident latitude and longitude, vehicle travel direction, we determined how much the sun glare affects traffic accident occurrence. So drivers of first car concerned were adversely affected by sun glare, but degree of affection by sun glare depends on each vehicle types.    ===    太陽の眩しさが交通事故に与える影響を，事故発生時の太陽天頂角や太陽と車両の方位角差を用いて車種別に分析した。乗用車，二輪車は前方の太陽の影響を受け，大型車は後方の太陽の眩しさの影響を受けて，交通事故が増加していることが示された．眩しさの影響程度は，車種別に異なっていることが考えられた。 <p />  <p>Language: ja</p>
