TRISS method derived from logistic model made possible to stochastic assessment of trauma patient casualty. So far, we calculated probability of survival (Ps) with Japan Trauma Data Bank (JTDB) in order to determine mortality risk of each accident type. However, Injury region and injury type in automobile occupant is unapparent factor. The purpose of this investigation is analysis of injury region and injury type in JTDB. In addition, we evaluate influence of mortality risk by injury region and injury type. In this analysis, bicycle accident has high mortality risk because of head injury.
