N2  - This paper addresses flight control design to realize custom-made handling characteristics. First, we make a preliminary description on the design requirements for flight control and explain the design principle to realize custom-made handling characteristics, and show our proposed design method to satisfy them. Second, we show a concrete design example for the linearized motions of our experimental aircraft MuPAL-α. Finally, experimental results using the designed controllers are shown to demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach.<p />  <p>Language: ja</p>
