N2  - Sexual violence refers to "any sexual act, attempt to obtain a sexual act, unwanted sexual comments or advances, or acts to traffic or otherwise directed against a person's sexuality using coercion, by any person regardless of their relationship to the victim, in any setting, including but not limited to home and work."    Additionally, sexual violence may also take place when someone is not able to give consent; for instance, while intoxicated, drugged, asleep or mentally incapacitated.     Rape is a sexual violence defined as "sexual intercourse with a woman against her will, without her consent, by coercion, misrepresentation or fraud or at a time when she has been intoxicated or duped, or is of unsound mental health and in any case if she is under 18 years of age" (Section 375 of IPC)...<p />  <p>Language: en</p>
