N2  - The objective of this work is to analyze drug consumption and trafficking practices among motorcycle taxi drivers in relation to their working conditions.     With the survey site being Bouaké. 200 people were interviewed based on a snowball sample. Data collection was done through three tools (questionnaire, interview and observation). The various information collected was the subject of a mixed analysis (qualitative and quantitative). The survey of motorcycle taxi operators reveals that the organizational system deployed, the use of drugs and the use of motorcycle taxis as a means of distributing and selling drugs are all social adaptation strategies for these actors.     ===      L'objectif de ce travail est d'analyser les pratiques de consommation et de trafic de drogues chez des conducteurs de mototaxis en lien avec leurs conditions de travail.     Le site de l'enquête est Bouaké. 200 personnes ont été interrogées sur la base d'un échantillon en boule de neige. Le recueil des données s'est fait à travers trois outils (questionnaire, entretien et observation). Les différentes informations recueillies ont fait l'objet d'une analyse mixte (qualitative et quantitative). L'enquête auprès des acteurs des mototaxis permet de révéler que le système d'organisation déployé, l'usage de drogues et l'utilisation des motos-taxis comme moyens de distribution et de vente de drogues constituent autant de stratégies d'adaptation sociale pour ces acteurs.
