N2  - A second attempted suicide is also a first recurrence. The medical study of the first time is sometimes used in addiction. We want to study the meaning of the first attempted suicide at the very moment of the first recurrence. Perhaps the second attempted suicide is the beginning of the called by Pedinielli suicide addiction. The evolution of the meaning of a self harm and his study, from the first psychological wake up to the way to recurrence, can help us to understand the symptoms, improve the therapy and prevent them from repeating the same process. Could we find out some translations of the meaning? In the case of which therapy? When?
