N2  - In obsessive compulsive disorders typical features include compulsive thoughts, ideas, impulses and compulsive behaviour causing anxiety, tension, a feeling of guilt and social maladaptation. The most frequent comorbid disorders are tics (incl. Tourett's syndrome) and affective disorders (with a warning of possible suicide).
