TY - JOUR PY - 2002// TI - The maniacal suicide of Victor Tausk JO - Cliniques Mediterraneennes A1 - Ross, G.A. SP - 155 EP - 174 VL - 66 IS - 2 N2 - In order to characterize maniacal form of suicide derivated from manic depressive psychosis, we are especially interested in the psychopatological case of Victor Tausk, whose main elements were presented during the impassioned debate between Paul Roazen (1969) and Kurt Eissler (1983) about particular relations elaborated with Freud, as well as his triangulation with H. Deutsch and V Tausk. We preced the present analysis by considering an analogy of Tausk's case and Nathan Weiss's suicide - an ancient Freud's camarade. Our thesis considers that maniacal symptom of flighty ideas and flighty actions are dangerously inclined to suicide act.
