TY - JOUR PY - 2006// TI - Predictive value of socio-medical criteria for suicidal risk quantification in teenagers and young adults JO - Romanian journal of legal medicine A1 - Stelian, C. SP - 219 EP - 224 VL - 14 IS - 3 N2 - We have analysed questionairres completed by 1080 subjects with ages between 15-24. Reported to the suggested classification for the suicidal risk evaluation (major, medium and reduced), in the interviewed group of subjects we identified in various combinations a few stress factors and potential factors for suicide or intent; some teenagers and young adults have a model through friends and family. This method, especially the decomposing of each questionnaire by interpretation of some socio-medical criterions that could suggest a suicide intent, confirmed by the examples, permitted the quantification of suicidal risk to the teenagers and young adults that complete this questionnaire. © 2006 Romanian Society of Legal Medicine.
