N2  - The peruvian penal code, following the majority trend of the Latin american criminal statues, penalize the euthanasia and the cooperation to suicide. This article wants to analize the content of the article 112 and 113 of the Peruvian Penal Code that criminalize the euthanasia and the cooperation to suicide, respectively, departing from the contours of protection of life by criminal law.
