SP - 163 EP - 166 VL - 43 IS - 4 N2 - Different problems showed up in various areas during the palliative care in the last six months of a two year journey of a cancer disease. In the physical domaine there were pain, weakness, nausea, constipation, lymphoedema, reduced mobility etc. In the psychological area there were anger about a delayed diagnose, anxiety, bereavement of a suicid, worries of the patient in relation to her family and vice versa. In the social field were difficulties of living in two different places, the partner in one country, the parental home in an other country. And in the spiritual domaine the problem of guilt in relation with suicid.
