N2  - Suicide related to work is a key question today in relation to working conditions, but it is hard to account for in legal terms. In spite of the existence of devices and of a widely applicable legal approach, the law for the prevention of occupational risks hardly manages to address such acts. However, suicide is becoming more and more recognized through compensations, which occur unfortunately after the suicidal act has been committed. The recognition of work hazard and of the employer's inexcusable conduct points up the failure of prevention policies while showing the difficulties of displaying that the cause is related to work.<p /> <p>Language: fr</p>
