N2  - This paper presents the application of MLCP location-allocation model in GIS environment to optimize the number and locations of fire brigade units, which would intervene in case of road incidents. There are 40 fire brigade units that are more or less equipped and trained to intervene in such cases. For simulation purposes, a potential demand for intervention of emergency squads was calculated, and the potential spatial accessibility was investigated.<p />
