N2  - This research pretends to explore the organization of work in the transports of Santiago of Chile. As an analyzer, suicide is interpreted like a denunciation of suffering of the workers. A team of clinicians leads to explore this interpretation by listening the drivers. This methodology tries to apply the French Clinique of work. The results show the subjective effects that the integration of these workers to an exemplary neoliberal model of management has had. Is demonstrated a defensive ideology with high psychic cost offering the degradation and subjective deterioration of the workers. © Martin Média.
